1. Acceptance of Terms

By using DG12 Studio ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The App is a creator-analytics web app that lets TikTok creators connect their own accounts to view their own content performance.

2. Description of Service

DG12 Studio provides:

• Read-only analytics for the signed-in creator's own TikTok account via TikTok Login Kit (and, where supported in future, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube creator APIs).
• A dashboard view of the creator's own follower, like, and video counts.
• A Content Library view listing the creator's own public videos with basic performance metrics.

3. User Responsibilities

The signed-in user is responsible for:

• Safeguarding their account credentials.
• Complying with each platform's terms of service and API usage policies.
• Only connecting accounts they themselves own or are authorized to manage.

4. API Usage

The App accesses third-party APIs on behalf of the authenticated user. The App only requests data that the user has explicitly authorized through each platform's OAuth flow. API access may be revoked at any time by the user through each platform's settings.

5. Data Ownership

All content, scripts, and creative work remain the sole property of the creator. The App does not claim any rights over user-created content.

6. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The developer is not liable for any data loss, API disruptions, or platform policy changes that may affect the App's functionality.

7. Termination

The user may stop using the App at any time. API connections can be revoked through each platform's developer settings.

8. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated as the App evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
